From the 1 November you might see media stories about GP’s returning to Bulk billing.
We want to be open and honest that this will not apply to us.
At GPSC @ Midland Railway Workshops we remain a private billing so we can continue to:
- Take time to listen and explain.
- Offer continuity of care from GPS’s who know you.
- Provide safe, comprehensive medicine – not rushed care.
- Remain locally owned – employing locals that live and love the area.
The government rebate does not cover the true cost of providing quality medical care. And we would encourage you to talk to your local federal member if you find that the Medicare rebate does not meet your needs.
